Anxiety Check
Here are five questions commonly used in anxiety assessments to help gauge anxiety levels.
These questions are not diagnostic tools but can provide insight into anxiety symptoms, always seek help for anxiety if you are not sure.
Take The Test
Here’s a general guideline to help interpret responses to the anxiety questions:
Interpreting Responses
For each question, assign a score based on the responses:
- (A) = 0 points
- (B) = 1 point
- (C) = 2 points
- (D) = 3 points
Add up the scores for all five questions. The total score provides an indication of anxiety severity:
- 0–3 points: Minimal or no anxiety
- Your responses suggest you may not experience significant anxiety symptoms.
- 4–7 points: Mild anxiety
- You might occasionally feel anxious, but it may not significantly interfere with daily life.
- 8–12 points: Moderate anxiety
- Your anxiety may be affecting your daily life, and addressing it might help improve your well-being.
- 13–15 points: Severe anxiety
- Anxiety is likely having a significant impact on your life. Consider seeking professional support.
